Samir Charles Mattar | founding partner
Samir works in the areas of Labor Law, Social Security Law and Sports Law, with extensive experience in preventive consulting (including legal secondment and union negotiations) and labor, strategic and scale litigation, serving companies in various economic sectors, such as retail trade, oil and naval industries and construction materials, as well as private health entities, such as hospitals, removal services and home-care, among others. He participates as a Mentor in the Legal Mentoring Program of the Brazilian Bar Association (RJ section).
He has worked as a manager in the area of Labor Law in renowned and large law firms in Rio de Janeiro. He was a professor at the Law School of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and at the Postgraduate Course in Business Law at Candido Mendes University. He worked as a legal advisor at the Rio de Janeiro Trade Union of Employees (SECRJ - 2014/2018) directly with the judicial intervention process suffered by this entity and, later, in several sectors.
